 Over the past 19 years, Lawrence Tokarsky has served as senior architectural principal and primary project designer for the firm with emphasis on smaller commercial projects and single and multi-family residential design. He holds a professional degree from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Art, Architecture, & Planning, (DAAP), (currently ranked 3rd in the nation). He holds National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, (NCARB), certification and is licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Michigan.
Mr. Tokarsky has over 25 years of experience in the design, planning, and construction industry. LGT&A’s permanent professional staff averages over 3 yrs. with the company.
Today, LGT&A is a more diversified architectural, planning and interior design firm with a growing reputation in the Greater Cincinnati area. Significant design projects completed or under construction include;
- Bellevue Gardens Development, a significant urban design project that includes 8 buildings over 2 city blocks. Phase I to begin in summer of 2000 includes 40 of the proposed 90 rental dwelling units. Phases II, III and IV will eventually include additional dwelling units as well as 2 commercial structures slated for market rate retail and a daycare center.
- Stockton Station Office Condominiums, a 7 building suburban office campus that will eventually include a detached custom corporate office building for the developer.
- Falls of Landen, a multiple structure rental community development that includes both ranch and garden style apartments with attached garages, amenity structures such as entry guard house, community mail and maintenance structures, and a 2 story 6,000 sf clubhouse.
- Custom Indiana Horse Farmhouse, a 3,500 sf custom farmhouse on a 25 acre thoroughbred horse farm in Aurora Indiana overlooking a tributary of the Ohio River.
- Builder/Developer Selections Center, a 2,500 sf corporate office/showroom for Williamsburg Homes.
- Downtown Redevelopment Planning, currently we are involved in providing initial design and planning consultation for downtown revitalization and redevelopment for 3 local municipalities.
- Continuing Design, Planning and Construction Document Services, currently we provide continuing or 'ongoing' design and construction document services for Drees, Ivanhoe-Huntley, Mark Bradley, Republic Home Builders, Towne Properties, Wieland Homes and Zaring Premier Homes.
