A significant urban design project that includes 8 buildings over 2 city blocks. Phase I began in the summer of 2000 and included 40 of the proposed 90 rental dwelling units. Phases II, III, and IV will eventually include additional dwelling units as well as 2 commercial structures slated for market rate retail and a daycare center.
